Orders — We carefully prepare every OVRIA order. Please check your name, phone number and delivery address before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch.
Products — Our bags and clutches may have small differences in colour, finish or detailing because of materials, lighting and handcrafted work. These small differences are part of the character of the product.
Prices and Payment — Prices and available payment options are shown at checkout. Prices may change from time to time, but confirmed orders will follow the price shown when the order was placed, except in the case of an obvious error.
Shipping — Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within approximately 3 to 7 business days after dispatch within India.
Returns and Refunds — OVRIA does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Caring for Your OVRIA Piece — Please keep your bag away from water, perfume, excessive moisture and rough surfaces. Store it safely when not in use.
Brand Content — OVRIA’s name, logo, photographs, product designs, text and other brand content are created for OVRIA and should not be copied or used without permission.
Changes — We may update these terms when needed. The latest version will be available on our website.
